2014-05-15 11:00:00 - Paris Two new development execs also join Stockholm-based company Banijay Group's Nordisk Film TV Sweden has today appointed Kristoffer Graci as its new Managing Director. Highly experienced in the international production and development content business, Graci was most recently Deputy Managing Director at one of Swedens leading production companies, Jarowskij, a Zodiak Media company.
Graci will report to Jacob Houlind, CEO, Nordisk Film TV.
In addition two other senior development executives from Jarowskij will join Graci at Nordisk Film TV Sweden: Henrik Breitholtz and Carl-Johan Sj .
Jacob Houlind said: It is a wonderful day at Nordisk Film TV. We have huge ambitions in Sweden, and have been looking for a candidate like Kristoffer who combines extensive experience in content with an impressive strategic mindset. With Kristoffer, and the new development team with Henrik and Carl-Johan alongside our existing team, we have a solid platform to leverage the strong Banijay catalogue, as well as Talpa formats via our JV, Talpa Nordic, plus strong resources to develop Swedish-born ideas for local TV clients as well as the international market.
Kristoffer Graci said: Nordisk Film TV is a production company with a strong position in the Nordic countries and with many strong formats in its catalogue. I see great potential in the company and look forward to both creating and adapting successful formats under the Nordisk Sweden banner, for traditional TV and digital platforms.
Graci has a long history of format development in the Swedish market. Before joining Jarowski in 2011, he spent six years as Head of Development at Shine-owned Sto-Cph. He previously worked in the development team at Titan and began his career as a producer and editor at Strix.
