Schaeffler-Mitarbeiter gl nzen mit kreativen Einf llen
Fast 30.000 eingereichte Ideen, ber 17.300 erfolgreich umgesetzte Vorschl ge und eine j hrliche Nettoeinsparung von ber 13 Millionen Euro: Auch 2014 spr hten die klugen K pfe von Schaeffler vor Kreativit t und Einfallsreichtum und sorgten so f r ein besonders erfolgreiches Jahr f r das Ideenmanagement des Unternehmens.
Wer eine Idee offiziell einreichen m chte, nutzt bei Schaeffler die ideenreich-Software. Eine Idee im Sinne von Schaeffler besteht aus der Beschreibung eines zu optimierenden Ist-Zustandes und einem gew nschten Soll-Zustand mit konkretem L sungsvorschlag , erkl rt Frank Sterzinger, Leiter Ideenmanagement bei Schaeffler.
F r die Drei besten Ideen 2014 verleiht Schaeffler jedes Jahr zus tzlich seine Ideen-Oskars . Aus der enormen Menge an umgesetzten Ideen trafen Frank Sterzinger und sein Team aus der Competence Group Ideenmanagement zun chst eine Vorauswahl. Anschlie end hatte ein Gremium, bestehend aus Prof. Dr. Peter Pleus, Vorstand Automotive, Klaus Widmaier, Leiter Personal Automotive und Industrie sowie Betriebsrat Frank Hildebrandt, die Qual der Wahl: Wir haben uns die Auswahl der drei besten Ideen nicht leicht gemacht und intensiv diskutiert , sagt Prof. Dr. Peter Pleus. Verdient h tten die Auszeichnung alle zehn Ideen, die es in die Endauswahl geschafft haben.
Markus Dittmann aus Schweinfurt, Wolfgang Schindler aus B hl/Sasbach und Juraj Kirn aus Kysuce durften sich am Ende freuen und je einen Award mit nach Hause nehmen. Unsere Ideengeber leisten einen wertvollen Beitrag f r den Fortschritt in unserem Unternehmen und sorgen daf r, dass Schaeffler auch in Zukunft seine Spitzenposition unter den Zulieferern beh lt , betont Norbert Indlekofer, Vorstand Automotive. Alle drei Vorschl ge sind beispielhaft f r die besondere Innovationskraft, die herausragende Kreativit t und die gro e Begeisterung, mit der Schaeffler-Mitarbeiter Technologien weiterentwickeln und verbessern.
Markus Dittmann, Spezialist im Industrial Engineering in Schweinfurt, schlug vor, einen sogenannten Donuteinsatz, der f r den Montageprozess in der Radlagerfertigung ben tigt wird, auf neue Art und Weise herzustellen. Dadurch kann der Einsatz jetzt detailreicher gefertigt werden, was den Montagevorgang vereinfacht. Gleichzeitig ist die neue Herstellungsmethode kosteng nstiger und verl ngert die Haltbarkeit des Teiles.
Wolfgang Schindler, t tig in der Blechbearbeitung f r Zweimassenschwungr der im Schaeffler-Werk Sasbach, gl nzt immer wieder durch seinen Einfallsreichtum: insgesamt 28 Ideen hat der 54-J hrige bereits eingereicht. In seiner Sieger-Idee erarbeitete er nderungen an einem Stanzteil, bei dem ihn die langen Durchlaufzeiten st rten. Damit konnten ein zus tzlicher Arbeitsgang komplett eingespart und das Fehlerpotenzial weiter gesenkt werden.
Juraj Kirn aus dem Schaeffler-Werk Kysuce in der Slowakei hat ebenfalls schon eine Reihe an Ideen eingereicht - insgesamt 16 an der Zahl. Bei seiner pr mierten Idee schaute er ber den Werkstofftellerrand hinaus und beschloss, die Teilezuf hrung einer Maschine aus Kunststoff zu fertigen und gleichzeitig die Abmessungen zu korrigieren. Die neue Zuf hrungsvorrichtung ist deutlich g nstiger, h lt l nger und kann - wenn sie doch einmal besch digt ist - direkt im Werk repariert werden.
Auf die j hrliche Auszeichnung der besten Ideen legen Vorstandschaft sowie Ideenmanagement bei Schaeffler gro en Wert. Jede Idee ist ein Erfolg f r das Unternehmen. Die Awards zur Ehrung der drei besten Ideen sind deshalb ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres ganzheitlichen Auszeichnungskonzeptes , sagt Frank Sterzinger. Dadurch wollen wir unseren Mitarbeitern einen zus tzlichen Anreiz schaffen, ihrer Kreativit t freien Lauf zu lassen.
