Changes in Net Insights Nomination Committee for AGM 2016

Following the publication on October 13, 2015 of Net Insight AB s Nomination Committee for AGM 2016, there has been a change in the composition of the nomination committe. As Swedbank Robur has reduced its shareholding in Net Insight, Marianne Flink (Swedbank Robur) is leaving the Nomination Committee. Handelsbanken fonder, represented by Christian Brunlid, are replacing Swedbank Robur. Handelsbanken fonder have been given the opportunity to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee in accordance with the approved proposal for decision concerning the Nomination Committee.

Net Insight s nomination committee for the 2016 Annual General Meeting thereby consists of Jan Barchan (Briban Invest), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder), Ramsay Brufer (Alecta), Christian Brunlid (Handelsbanken fonder) and Lars Berg (Chairman of the Net Insight Board). The nomination committee has appointed Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder) to serve as Chairman of the Committee.

The Annual General Meeting in Net Insight AB will be held on May 10, 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shareholders wishing to make proposals to the nomination committee can do so by e-mail,
