Jamaican model and actor Stevel Marc debuted in Scandal! on Tuesday, 7 November as the charming and dubious Sanka.

INSIDE STEVEL MARC'S ROLE The Jamaican born actor, model and photographer, Stevel Marc reveals to Sunday Tribune that he was excited to feature in Scandal.

I am thrilled to be joining South Africa's number one soap, Scandal! I've followed it over the years, so being part of it now is euphoric.

The experience has been fantastic for me thus far a welcoming cast and crew who put the show first.

His character Sanka will cause turmoil in Mdala (James Sithole) and Tlhogi (Komie Mohale) as he previously dated Tlhogi but broke up with her.

According to the current storyline, Sanka has chosen Tlhogi as his model for his photoshoot and he will cause trouble in their marriage as the duo isn't doing well at the moment.

TVSA reports Marc previously starred in Ferguson Films' Unmarried as Vuyo, who believed he was God's gift to women.
