Located in Binhai economic development zone, Ningbo Ningxing Yongyou Feed co., ltd is orderly and peaceful with its automatic continuous production line being in good order. The first mixed provender production line goes into operation officially in Cixi.
It's learnt that this project is co-founded by Australia TMR Solutions Pty Ltd, Ningbo Tianfu Feed Technology Limited Company and Ningbo Milk Group Co., Ltd with the total investment of 200 million yuan and covering an area of 57 mu. The estimated annual output will reach 200,000 tons by introducing TMF technology from Australia and Korea.
TMF refers to mixed feed fermentation technology. Mixing with microbial strain, the mixed feed is made through mixture, package and fermentation. Compared with traditional craftsmanship, scientific composition and fermentation technology not only can reduce waste of raw material, but also can make nutrient intake for dairy cattle safer and more stable.
Principal of Ningbo Ningxing Yongyou Feed co., ltd remarks: In addition to its original purpose for conservation, fermentation also improves palatability and nutrition of feed with its digestibility increasing 10%. Productivity improvement is reflected by digestibility. In general, one cow can produce 6 tons of milk in 305 days. Maximum productivity for one cow in the same time can reach 9 tons after adopting the customized formula TMF. According to the data displayed, generally, a cow can live for 4 to 5 years. After being fed with TMF feed, a cow life can be lengthened for one year.
Promotion of feed technology doesn't mean rise in price. Traditionally, the price of feed is about 1500-1900 yuan per ton and that of TMF feed lies in 1600-1800 yuan, which are basically flat, making our product gain more competitive advantages. According to the introduction of the principal, at present, in term of purchase of raw materials, the company is cooperating with local farms to explore straw recycle to realize negative emission . Aiming at small and medium-sized pastures, Ningxing Yongyou Company is expected to take 50% to 60% of market share.
The capacity of this company has reached over 35 tons per hour in May, 2016. It has received orders of 1000 tons respectively in these two months, mainly sold to Jinghua, Yuyao and Yinzhou etc. and being expected to supply the national market in August.
With better diet, both the quantity and the quality will be promoted with fat and protein increased , remarked by worker from veterinary station of Cixi Agricultural Bureau. The feeding system of TMF has formed in America, Canada and Netherlands, both saving the cost of feed and reducing the number of workers.
