Rohde & Schwarz supports Berlinale to deliver high-end Digital Cinema Mastering and secure workflows Rohde & Schwarz contributes for its 13th consecutive year to the success of the Berlin International Film Festival, delivering its market-leading R&S Clipster mastering solution and reliable R&S SpycerNode production storage.

From 15 to 25 February 2024 approximately 2000 films are shown at the Berlinale. Working behind the scenes of the festival, Rohde & Schwarz technology ensures perfect quality of digital films and efficient administration throughout the quality-control and mastering process. Every submitted film must be checked and if necessary, converted into the appropriate digital format for screening and display during the festival. The Berlinale Film Office team trusts R&S Clipster in providing quick and secure mastering and reliable content checks. Moreover, the team relies on R&S Clipster to create digital cinema packages of the highest quality for film screenings to be delivered on extremely tight schedules. For production storage, the technical team uses R&S SpycerNode at the center of the R&S Clipster workflow.
