Offering stunning image quality and a powerful laser light engine, Barco Residentials new Medea projector enables custom integrators to provide an exceptional experience to more clients, both in dedicated home theaters and media rooms.

Dedicated to bringing a new level of experience to the high-end residential market, Barco Residential is adding a new member to its growing 4K laser projector line-up: Medea, Barco Residential's new entry-level 4K laser projector.

Performance and architectural integration

Featuring class-leading brightness levels, a high level of detail, highly saturated colors, sharper images and less latency, Medea delivers stunning images at 4K UHD resolution with HDR10 support. The outstanding image quality is powered by a new optical engine and laser light source, providing significantly improved image uniformity, nearly instant on/off, and a light source life of up to 40,000 hours for maximum performance and convenience.

A liquid cooling system allows the projector to operate in any orientation. Combined with a choice of seven all-glass lens options, wide lens shift and the unique built-in warp engine, integrators can now provide unmatched flexibility in terms of projector positioning and architectural integration. Sharing the same advanced control system as the award-winning Balder and Loki projectors, Medea provides comprehensive PC- or Mac-based remote configuration and control from the best seat in any home theater or media room.
