INSIGHT TV, the worlds largest producer and broadcaster of adventure travel and extreme sports genres in true, unscripted 4K UHD, is exhibiting at MIPTV 2017 on stand R8C19. INSIGHT TV will unveil its new 4K UHD SVOD platform, which is available via its website (INSIGHT.TV) to subscribers globally or via iOS and Android devices using the INSIGHT TV App. Powered by the NeuLion Digital Platform viewers will be able to watch their favourite INSIGHT TV shows at any time all in 4K UHD.
Throughout MIPTV 2017 INSIGHT TV will also showcase new, phenomenal sports and high tension adventure series all produced in stunning locations in 4K UHD. These include Living Stone, Inside the Masters of Dirt, MTB Heroes and No Time to Lose. The channel will also be unveiling further ground-breaking commissions for its fan base at the show.
Living Stone
Taking five couples on a brutal, adventure-of-a-lifetime challenge through Botswanas beautiful landscape, contestants hike through the toughest terrains and take part in harrowing games to compete to stay together as a couple. Losing a game could mean losing their partner, ending up in the remote exile camp or worse, leaving the competition. After eight exhausting treks two couples face-off in a thrilling Grand Finale. The ten-part show will premiere on INSIGHT TV in 4K UHD from 2nd April 2017.
Inside the Masters of Dirt
Purchased by INSIGHT TV during MIPCOM last Autumn, Inside the Masters of Dirt follows the adrenaline-addicted crew that produces the popular freestyle motocross arena show of the same name. Part of the XTreme Video Network, the Masters of Dirt crew boasts upwards of two million fans on social media. Their larger-than-life personalities and the visual nature of their shows made it an authentic choice for INSIGHT TVs international audiences. The first episode will premiere exclusively on INSIGHT TV on 22nd April 2017.
MTB Heroes
Following the huge success of the previous MTB Heroes season, INSIGHT TV delves deeper into the everyday lives of the main protagonists of the incredible fast-paced lives of the mountain bike community, to highlight the passion and dedication that goes into making a lifestyle out of riding a bike. With unique access to some of the biggest names in the sport, and produced in stunning 4K UHD, this is mountain biking as you have never experienced it before. The series premiere is on INSIGHT TV on 18th March 2017.
No Time to Lose
During an intense trek across South Africa, nine social influencers from around the world engage in an adventurous competition to win 10,000. Survival of the fittest is crucial as the competitors trek from the sub-tropical plains of the Kruger National Park to the spectacular coastline of The Garden Route and Cape Town, in the quickest time possible. The slowest competitors will be eliminated. The ones with the most time left at the finish will compete in a thrilling final challenge to win NO TIME TO LOSE. The series begins on INSIGHT TV in October 2017.
