Proposals must be completed in accordance with the conditions contained on the RFQ document, supported by relevant documents such as company profile, proof of company registration, shareholders' status/percentages B-BBEE Sworn Affidavits, valid original Tax Clearance Certificate, National Treasury central supplier database supplier number and unique number sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with the relevant description and reference number respectively.
