Telekom is the exclusive main sponsor of KOS in 2013

Magyar Telekom in the exclusive main sponsor of the TURN 2084 concert series in 2013 as well as the acoustic performance celebrating the 20th anniversary of the first solo album of kos.

Magyar Telekom as main sponsor in 2013 signed a cooperation agreement with kos.Singer and music composer kos has been performing for 25 years, enjoying unbroken popularity. His work represents an individual chapter in the history of Hungarian pop music. Appreciation of public is signalled by gold and platinum albums, series of sold out concerts, while professional circles showed their appreciation by awarding numerous prizes (Golden Giraffe, Fonogram, eMerTon, Bravo, VIVA, MTV, etc.) Beside working as singer and composer he also writes poems and composes applied music, directing clips, translating lyrics, performing in theatres and movies and releasing literature albums. As appreciation of his work in 2002 he recevied the Officer Cross of the Republic of Hungary, followed by the Kossuth Award in 2012.

The cooperation of the telecommunication company and kos dates back to years: in the early 2000 years Telekom (Mat v) supported the concerts and albums (including H s g, Keresem az utam and A h t parancssz ) of kos in the frame of a long term sponsorship agreement. kos at that time was also assigned to compose misuc for the company's actual slogan: Beyond words .

This year's tour is basically composed of song on the highly succesful, platinum album titled 2084 - however solo songs from Bonanza and from earlier times will also be featured. Magyar Telekom will support 8 tour sites as exclusive main sponsor.

The first solo album of kos titled Karcolatok was released in 1993, followed by 17 Hungarian language and 6 English albums. This year kos celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Karcolatok album with the acoustic version, that will be featured at an exklusive concert on November 16 and 17, 2013 in the Budapest Palace of Arts, also supported by Magyar Telekom. Tickets for the double concert were sold out in 48 hours, 8 months in advance.
