MONTR AL - March 26, 2025 - X2O Media, a global leader in hybrid learning and collaboration technology, announces a partnership with Professor Lobczowski from the Faculty of Education at McGill University and Mitacs to explore intelligent classroom technologies and their impact on hybrid learning environments. This initiative will evaluate how advanced interactive technologies, AI, and instructional methodologies can be leveraged to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Mitacs is a Canadian not-for-profit organization that connects post-secondary institutions, businesses, and government to drive collaboration, fund research and foster innovation. Through this network, X2O Media was introduced to Professor Lobczowski, an expert in learning sciences and technology-enhanced education at McGill University. Under the supervision of Professor Lobczowski, McGill graduate student Mengqian Wu is leading the research study on how intelligent classroom technologies can better support instructors and learners in hybrid learning environments.
X2O Media is involved in the study to contribute, learn and continuously improve X2O OneRoom, a solution that enhances hybrid learning with an interactive and immersive classroom experience, ensuring in-person and remote students remain fully engaged.
