What a week! Were gearing up for the Tribeca Film Festival (and so is everyone else), Stephen Colbert has been chosen as Lettermans Late Show successor, and Heartbleed, whatever that is, is going to ruin all of our lives. And thats not even the half of it! We truly have no time to waste, so lets get started:

FXs sister site FXX has acquired the rights to seasons 1-24 of The Simpsons and plans to celebrate the shows cable debut with a 12-day Simpsons marathon. FXs chief executive Jon Landgraf claims it will be "the longest continuous marathon in the history of television." Your move, Twilight Zone!

Amazon Studios announced that production will begin next week on two new pilots, one of which The Cosmopolitans comes from Last Days of Disco and Metropolitan director Whit Stillman.

If the choices seem overwhelming, Vulture put together a list of their seven favorite documentaries and narratives showing at the Festival.

Complex (who says the "overall quality at Tribeca seems to be at its highest caliber yet") has collected their most anticipated films, as well, featuring selections like Time is Illmatic, Every Secret Thing, and Gabriel.
