ITN PRODUCTIONS HIRES ADAM BARNETT TO GROW COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION BUSINESSITN Productions, the creative hub of ITN, has hired Adam Barnett as Business Development Director Commercials to grow the companys TV commercial production offering.

Adam moves to ITN Productions with a wealth of experience having previously worked in the commercial sales team at ITV for 14 years, across TV trading and sponsorship. Most recently Adam has been Business Development Manager at The Picture Production Company, where he worked on new business across the brand advertising division called Rushmore, and prior to that Head of Business Development at Duke & Earl, an independent creative agency.

Adam has worked on creative projects for a variety of clients including Novartis Voltarol, Ford, Playstation, J&J, P&G, Leapfrog, Classic FM, Microsoft and most recently the Reckitt Benckiser brand Finish, which is currently sponsoring Come Dine With Me on Channel 4.

Reporting to Duncan Gunstone, Head of Corporate Production at ITN Productions, Adam is tasked with growing commercials revenue and reputation in the marketplace. This will build on the outstanding creative work and relationships the team have already put in place in the last two years, working with broadcasters, brands and agencies to make commercials, sponsorship idents and advertiser funded programming. Clients working with ITN Productions in this area include Procter & Gamble, Ann Summers, Continental, RAF Benevolent Fund, Glenfiddich and Aviva.

"Adams sales and business development experience at ITV and production companies will be invaluable to ITN Productions following our last two years of rapid expansion," said Duncan Gunstone. "Adam will spearhead further growth and build on our production credentials for making creative and affordable commercials with a focus on clear storytelling and the ability to turnaround client briefs faster than anyone else.
