Siempre pens que la podr a contar en un libro, tome apuntes en peque as libretas de reportero y cuando surgi la propuesta para hacer un podcast un podcast dije: por qu no?. Ya que muchas de las pruebas son grabaciones y conversaciones telef nicas, quiz podamos contarlo mejor que en un libro, dijo en entrevista al podcast original de Spotify, en alianza con El Tiempo, El Primer Caf
Hace un a o empec junto con Spotify a construir este podcast que revela la historia secreta del hombre m s poderoso de Colombia. Me emociona poder mostrar la verdadera cara de la moneda y c mo este es un caso atemporal, dijo.
La serie muestra la investigaci n que Coronell public en columnas en la revista Semana y al mismo tiempo cuenta la historia de un periodista que re ne las piezas de un rompecabezas, incluyendo algunas pruebas in ditas, que presentan el caso del expresidente Uribe como nunca antes.
Es tambi n un diario de investigaci n del reportero que fue descubriendo y entregando pruebas que hicieron posible que el caso haya avanzado hasta donde se encuentra el proceso , explica Coronell. El compromiso que tiene el periodismo es hacer el primer borrador de la historia. Yo tengo que esforzarme porque ese borrador quede bien hecho.
