11:00 - 11:30 a.m. Lifeblood: Working With and Training Your Student Staff
No athletic department video team can meet the demanding scale of live-event and VOD video-content creation without the help of a deep and effective student staff. How do you go about recruiting students? How do you train them? And how do you build a culture where your finest students shine and lead the way?

Evan Ellis, Yale University, Video Producer
Dylan Hornblum, Northeastern University, Assistant Director of Athletic Video Production
11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Highlights 2.0: Leveraging Cinematic Recaps and Sideline Footage
In today's hyper-competitive content world, simply posting highlights or postgame press conferences isn't enough. Confirmed Speakers:
Connor Coyne, Harvard University, Assistant Director of Multimedia & Production

Take an in-depth, tech-centric tour of Harvard's video-production-control rooms. The Bright-Landry Hockey Center control room, which is fibered into historic Harvard Stadium, provides coverage for all events at the rink and the stadium with the capability to run two separate shows simultaneously. Also see the Lavietes Pavilion control room, which was built two years ago and has full NDI capabilities. It can produce any of the school's 42 sports. Also, check out special automated workflows behind live productions of tennis and squash.
