NEP Switzerland committed to Grass Valley equipment 4 K UHD La empresa de servicios audiovisuales est desarrollando con el integrador Broadcast Solutions dos unidades m vil y dos estudios (uno de ellos remoto) en Ultra Alta Definici n.
NEP Suiza ha encargado al integrador Broadcast Solutions dos unidades m viles 4K UHD, un estudio en Ultra Alta Definici n y un estudio remoto en cuyo equipamiento est empleando soluciones de Grass Valley.
Este proyecto representa la primera vez que NEP instala una soluci n completa de flujo de trabajo y reproducci n de 4K / UHD en sus unidades m viles y estudios en Suiza. Entre las soluciones adoptadas destacan numersas c maras nativas 4K, mezcladores, matrices, multiviewers y playout. La primera unidad m vil ya est totalmente operativa y NEP espera que los estudios est n acabados en pr ximas fechas.
Trond Hermansen, CTO y gerente de proyecto de NEP Suiza, subraya que Grass Valley tiene una visi n clara y un portfolio avanzado. Esta inversi n nos va a poner en lo m s alto. Nuestros clientes han estado preguntando acerca de 4K, por lo que el momento es ideal .
Cada una de las dos unidades m viles cuenta con 16 c maras LDX 86N HD/3G/4K/High-Speed System y un mezclador K-Frame de 9 M/E con las superficies de control Karrera y Korona. En el nuevo estudio en Zurich se han instalado dos mezcladores de 9 M/E K-Frame con Karrera y Korona, 8 cadenas de c mara LDX 86N 4K, una matriz Nvision 8576 4K/UHD con 369 774 entradas/salidas, y un multipantalla Kaleido-Modular-X con 320 entradas independientes. Por otro lado, la plataforma para playout iTX maneja una veintena de canales 24/7, incluyendo dos canales para eventos en 4K/UHD. En cuanto a sus instalaciones satelitales en Rossens, en las inmediaciones de Geneva, se han desplegado cuatro c maras LDX 86N 4K que ser n remotamente controladas desde el estudio en Zurich.
Con lo que respecta a las c maras LDX 86N est n equipadas con sensores CMOS XensiumHAWK y distribuci n DPMUltra sin comprimir 3G/HD con resoluci n nativa 4K. En playout es tambi n otro elemento cr tico en la nueva instalaci n de NEP. Usando la ltima versi n de iTX, los canales UHD cuentan con la capacidad de gr ficos Vertigo UHD, as como un registro secundario actualizado para capturar archivos UHD para su repetici n posterior. El sistema iTX tambi n est presente en el segundo sitio, que proporciona resiliencia geogr fica y caracter sticas de recuperaci n de desastres para mayor tranquilidad.
