Taylor Swift is called the music industry by her fan army Swifties, she proved once again she is the music industry when she scooped three awards at the 2022 People's Choice Awards which were presented on 6 December 2022 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

As reported by Billboard Swift won the female artist of 2022, the Billboard Hot 100 number one song Anti Hero won the music video of 2022, and her album Midnights topped the charts for five weeks won album of 2022.

The show featured performances from Shania Twain who won a special award, the Music Icon award, and she graced the awards stage with a striking performance of her greatest hits as well as her new single Waking Up Dreaming.

LIZZO, BTS AND SELENA WIN BIG Swift is not the only artist that walked away with multiple awards, Lizzo, BTS, and Swift's best friend Selena Gomez all walked away with two awards.

The People's Choice Awards previously announced an honorary award, the People's Champion award to Lizzo, the Good As Hell singer also won song of 2022 for her Hot 100 hit About Damn Time which topped the Hot 100 for two weeks.

The South Korean boy band BTS walked away with two awards, the group of 2022 and the concert tour of 2022, while one of its members Jung Kook won the collaboration song of 2022 for his collaboration with Charlie Puth for the song Left And Right.

TAYLOR SWIFT WON AGAINST SELENA GOMEZ Multi-talented artist Selena Gomez was nominated for the music video of 2022 for her role in Coldplay's Let Somebody Go but lost to her best pal Swift, but the Lose You To Love me singer won the social celebrity of 2022 as well as the comedy TV star of 2022 for her role in Only Murders in the Building.

The 2022 People's Choice Awards is a fan-voted awards show that honours some of the biggest stars of the year, the show spans 40 categories and honours numerous forms of entertainment across movies, television, music, and pop culture.

Other winners include Becky G, Carrie Underwood, Latto, Harry Styles, and Charlie Puth.
