When Do You Get Off?

ITVBe's brand dating show, When Do You Get Off?, starts Wednesday 14th October at 8pm.

When Do You Get Off? is a series that sees one lonely-heart date four potential suitors at their workplace - be they a baker, dentist, banker or zoo keeper - to learn what they might really be like as a partner and in the hope to find true love. After two full days of dating on the job, the budding singleton will decide which one they like best and will then meet them when they get off work.

Most people spend approximately a third of their lives at work and a person's chosen career can say a lot about them: are they brave, athletic, creative, altruistic or pedantic? Are they power crazed or demanding?

With this in mind, ITVBe commissioned a YouGov survey of 1053 people to ask the great British public what they are really looking for in a partner.

Some of these key finding are below;

- Attractiveness was the fifth most important attribute when looking for a partner coming after intelligence, sense of humour, if they are kind and that they were trustworthy.

- Being a Farmer or Builder was a more attractive career than a Footballer.

- 18% of men surveyed said that they have had sex in the work place.

- 32% of those surveyed said they would prefer their partner to wear a suit to work rather than a uniform.

- A person's wealth and their happiness is of parallel importance when singles are looking for love.

ITVBe also asked in the survey which well-known celebrities or characters they would most like to date. Some of these results are:

The survey asked who was their ideal male celebrity to date, the top six answers were;

1st - David Beckham

2nd - George Clooney

3rd- Johnny Deep

4th - Channing Tatum

5th - Hugh Jackman

6th - Ryan Gosling

The survey asked who was their ideal female celebrity to date, the top six answers were;

1st - Scarlett Johansson

2nd - Mila Kunis

Joint 3rd - Taylor Swift, Emma Watson, Rachel Riley, Victoria Cohen-Mitchell

Which Hollywood character would be their perfect date?

The top five male characters were;

1st - James Bond

2nd - Mr Mark Darcy

3rd - Captain Jack Sparrow

4th - Indiana Jones

5th - Captain America

The top five female characters were;

1st - Lara Croft

2nd - Princess Leia

3rd - Black Widow

4th - Jessica Rabbit

5th - Hermione Grainger

The survey asked what were the ideal professions for a potential suitor.

The top 10 chosen were;

- Medical

- Businessperson

- Lawyer

- Teacher

- Scientist

- Musician

- Sports person

- Acting

- Nurse

- Model

And some of the least preferable professions included;

- Politician

- Banker

- Police officer

- Stripper

- Butcher
