Full Product Launch of Paywizard Singula

It's been a year since we showcased Singula, our AI-driven subscriber intelligence platform to the market, and we are coming into IBC2019 with our full product launch. Singula, powered by Microsoft Azure AI, has already helped a number of leading broadcasters as part of initial beta trials. In one of the campaigns for Racing TV, it doubled conversions and predicted with over 94% accuracy high-risk churners in a free trial programme. Since the pilot, Racing TV has now deployed Singula to deliver real-time customer engagement and gain valuable insights across their entire subscriber base.

Singula enables TV providers to use real-time customer data to gain a full view of their subscribers throughout the customer journey. The platform creates a Single Customer View of subscribers and uses predictive models, created in partnership with Edinburgh University, to determine the next best action for each and every one of your customers.
