Santa visits with children at MIX 101.5 s 2nd annual Christmas Party at the Raleigh Girls Club.
Christmas came early for some of the members of the Wake County Boys & Girls Club! MIX 101.5 staff members hosted their 2nd annual Christmas Party at the Raleigh Girls Club on Thursday, December 19, 2013. Club members enjoyed dinner then gathered around the hearth for story time with The MIX Morning Show's Mike Chase and Lynda Loveland.
After reading Twas The Night Before Christmas' Mike and Lynda surprised the club members with a very special appearance by the big man himself! Santa showed off pictures of the reindeer and sang a couple of Christmas carols before passing our presents. Once every club member had received their present, the wrapping paper went flying as more than 100 kids opened gifts collected during the Hope For The Holidays Toy & Gift Drive earlier in December.
