TOKYO--Toshiba Corporation (Tokyo: 6502) today announced that it will revise its executive officers structure as of November 1, 2017. Company splits of former in-house companies in July and October this year have significantly changed Toshiba Group's business structure, and this reorganization reflects its current corporate mission and headquarters function.
The revision will reduce the number of executive officers from 23 to 15. Executive officers responsible for oversight of corporate matters and the Group as a whole will gain wider and higher perspectives and be able execute management with greater speed.
