We are very excited to announce a new and innovative feature release for Vid.ly, our video platform feature that includes high speed transcoding, device detection, and CDN delivery, all packaged in a universal URL.

Users can now use Vid.ly with their choice between the top commercial players on the market: FlowPlayer, JW Player, as well as the existing Vid.ly player. Top features include:

Player configuration is available in the Encoding.com UI or Vid.ly API.

Create enhanced functionality for your video embeds and implement rich video-page interactions via the designated player's API.

Switch your entire library over to the player of your choice or mix and match players for different projects.

All players are CDN hosted and updated regularly, so there is no need to manually update your third party player ever again.

Upload your own CSS or XML to customize the look and feel of your player.

Use your existing JW Player or Flowplayer license or buy a new one to unlock advanced features (all plans include the free limited version of the JW of Flowplayer).

All players are now available in your choice of responsive or fixed resolution embed codes.

Google Analytics and Token Based Authentication are available with both VAST, VPAID, and Google IMA ad network integrations.
