Richard Scott dirigir la divisi n Media Solutions de Sony en Europa Esta nueva designaci n aporta una gran experiencia a los segmentos de ventas, marketing y servicios de retransmisi n y a otras compa as tecnol gicas de la divisi n Media Solutions
Sony Professional Solutions Europe ha nombrado a Richard Scott como responsable de Media Solutions, con el objetivo de acelerar el crecimiento de las principales soluciones y servicios.
Scott se unir al equipo liderado por Adam Fry, vicepresidente de Sony Professional Solutions Europe y anterior titular de este cargo. Scott llega con 25 a os de experiencia en ventas, marketing y servicios en empresas de retransmisi n, producci n, distribuci n audiovisual, tecnolog a de la informaci n y seguridad.
Esta designaci n estrat gica forma parte de la constante evoluci n de Sony para convertirse en una empresa reconocida tanto por sus componentes de retransmisi n como por proporcionar soluciones por medio de una amplia oferta de productos y tambi n de servicios. Bajo la direcci n de Scott, la divisi n de negocio desplegar su estrategia de soluciones para empresas audiovisuales con el fin de asegurarse de que Sony contin e desarrollando una oferta de productos l der en el mercado y capaz de satisfacer las necesidades tanto actuales como futuras de los clientes.
Scott aporta una gran experiencia en servicios y en plataformas de TI, m s recientemente en Irdeto, as como en relaciones con clientes de nivel de direcci n. Su nombramiento fortalecer la posici n de Sony como l der en servicios y soluciones. Con una enorme experiencia en la direcci n de divisiones de ventas y marketing con v as de acceso al mercado complejas y una oferta variada de productos y servicios, Scott asumir la responsabilidad general en la gesti n de la participaci n de los clientes por parte de Sony en el futuro.
Scott reconoce que este es un momento fascinante para unirse al equipo de Media Solutions, y estoy ansioso por hacer que Sony haga realidad sus ambiciones en este espacio tan din mico. El mercado audiovisual y de retransmisi n en Europa est evolucionando muy r pidamente, pero Sony est en una buena posici n para asumir un claro papel de liderazgo, con un marcado nfasis en soluciones innovadoras y regeneradoras para su amplio abanico de clientes. Y, mientras Sony se convierte en una verdadera empresa de soluciones, capaz de combinar a la perfecci n productos y servicios, se presentar n m s oportunidades para ayudar a los clientes a superar los retos que se les presentan .
Scott llega a Sony procedente de Irdeto, una empresa de seguridad para plataformas digitales en la que ocupaba el cargo de vicepresidente s nior de ventas y marketing globales. Previamente, hab a sido vicepresidente s nior de ventas y servicios globales en Harris Broadcast. Y antes de eso tambi n hab a ocupado diferentes cargos en Panasonic Broadcast Europe y en Ascent Media, adem s de haber trabajado ya en Sony durante una fase m s temprana de su carrera.
