Mo-Sys Completes Restructuring, Promotes Selin Kemal to Managing Director

Mo-Sys has completed a business restructuring and relocated to a new facility in Canada Water, London. As part of the reorganization, Selin Kemal has been promoted from commercial director to Managing Director, working alongside founder and CEO Michael Geissler.

The new three-story facility includes product development, engineering, and administration space, along with a double-height meeting and production space combining immersive LED walls, projection, real-time augmented reality, multi-camera broadcast production, and live streaming capability. The space accommodates up to 120 delegates and includes green rooms and a roof terrace. The first major event in the space will be a TEDx event in October 2026.

Mo-Sys technology has made a huge impact in television and film production, and that will continue to be our major focus, says Geissler. What we are demonstrating in our new communications centre is that the same systems also have a key role to play in the corporate world, delivering high production values for launches, investor presentations and town halls, within a protected and confidential space. I want to reassure all who rely on our technology around the world and in every sector that our restructuring means we will continue to be there for you, and we will continue to innovate. A key part of that is the promotion of our commercial director, Selin Kemal, to managing director. Many will know her from the pivotal role she has played in the company to date, and her strength and wisdom will continue to guide us. Appointing Selin as managing director frees me up to focus on new innovations and new concepts.

We are moving forward with renewed strength and clear ambition. That means maintaining our reputation as the most innovative developer of technologies in our sector and delivering the key products that power the creative drive, wherever it comes from. In our new home we can showcase all of our unique products in a practical environment that delivers real benefit for our corporate neighbours, and our film and television users around the world, says Selin Kemal, Managing Director, Mo-Sys.
