Press Ganey also accelerated provisioning of new development and testing environments from a week to less than a day by eliminating manual processes and offering its developers immediate access to IT resources through the VMware vCloud Suite's self-service and provisioning capabilities. The self-service capabilities have helped Press Ganey conduct more effective testing along with bringing new features and applications to market more efficiently and effectively.
