Audio Network, the international music company specialising in
music for film, television and video, announces today the appointment of Jay Greenwood as Head of A&R UK. The company, which already has an extensive catalogue of high quality music, will also have a big presence at Brightons Great Escape Festival where it will look for emerging talent from across the world. Jay has joined Audio Network after running his own Artist/Composer Management Company and as A&R for Xtra Mile Recordings. Previous to this Jay was A&R Manager at Mercury Records/Universal Music Group working with many successful artists including The Gaslight Anthem, Noah & The Whale, Noisettes and Cold War Kids. Jay says of his new position, Im delighted to be stepping into this role at such a forward thinking and innovative music publisher. Ive had the pleasure of getting to know the team over the last 12 months and have been inspired by the passion they have for their composers, writers and artists and their commitment to create the very highest standard of music across all genres.

Jay brings a wealth of talent and experience, industry knowledge and contacts from the commercial music world and we are very excited for him to be joining the team.
Audio Networks presence at this years The Great Escape Festival taking place in Brighton on 8th-10th May 2014, includes event sponsorship and the hosting of a Meet The Music Team Clinic.
The Clinic, which will be open on Friday 9th May from 13.30 to 15.30 will enable fresh new talent, including artists, songwriters, producers and managers, to meet the Audio Network team and discuss how they can contribute to its ever growing catalogue for the film, television and advertising industries. Audio Network will also be hosting drinks at Brightons myhotel Merkaba Bar with food, great DJs and photo booth on Friday 9th May from 18.00 to 19.30.
Jay will be accompanying Audio Network to Brightons The Great Escape Event and comments; It is the UKs foremost music industry showcase event for the discovery of new talent, and a hub for record labels, music publishers, managers, producers, writers and artists from across the globe: it makes absolute sense that we have a significant
presence there. Weve already had a fantastic response from both artists, writers and delegates and Im looking forward to further establishing our relationship with The Great Escape Festival over the coming years.
