AV distributor Audio Visual Material, digital connectivity provider DVIGear, and SDVoE partner Netgear have formed a strategic partnership to create a system that completes the AVoverIP/SDVOE offering from the distributor.
AVM's signal management divisional manager Andrew Rothery explains by partnering with DVIGear and Netgear and integrating with our existing partners we have created a full signal management offering that offers customer an end to end, no hassle solution. Effectively, the customer provides a source of up to 4K resolution and our solution will transmit, switch and receive it seamlessly. Lee Payne, European BDM at DVI Gear stated Joining forces with AVM puts DVIGear in a position to strengthen our business within the UK. By partnering with a technical distributor who has a genuine understanding of adding value, we can leverage our combined sales, support, technical and training services to ensure that all customers are serviced to the highest level.
AVM will distribute the full DVIGear product range including its DisplayNet distribution platform built on SDVoE technology and the HyperLight range of active optical cables.
From NETGEAR's viewpoint, Ollie Randall, the UK sales director says As Netgear continues to drive innovation in the professional AV market it is partnerships such as this that help pave the way for change.
