It is 20 years since Audient was first established and to mark this milestone, the company is giving away over £6000 worth of gear, including five limited edition Audient iD14-LE Heritage' units, an ASP800 8-channel mic pre, Nektar Impact keyboard/controllers, Eventide Plugins, annual Sound On Sound subscriptions, as well as an array of microphones and headphones from Audio-Technica.
Only 20 iD14-LE anniversary audio interfaces will ever be made - one for every year of Audient - and each boasts a specially designed custom faceplate, taking artistic inspiration from a printed circuit board. Not only will each of the five winners add an award-winning Audient iD14 to their setup, they'll also own a piece of audio heritage.

Two decades ago, David Dearden and Gareth Davies - also the founding partners of console manufacturer, DDA - decided to set up Audient. With the emergence of digital technology, it was considered a precarious time for analogue consoles, and yet the partners stuck to their guns and designed affordable, efficient analogue signal processing gear. This led to the birth of Audient's flagship console, ASP8024, a large format, inline analogue console renowned for its simplicity and sound. 20 years and well over a thousand sales later, the original design is still being sold in a reimagined form known as the Heritage Edition - a testament to the original design.
