On The Spot, la divisi n de Telef nica que centra su actividad en el desarrollo de soluciones de carteler a y publicidad digital, ha dado ampliado sus actividades en Latinoam rica, con la apertura de nuevas filiales, y ha ampliado su cat logo de servicios con objeto de acceder a m s clientes e incrementar nuestro volumen de negocio. En 2012 nuestra facturaci n alcanz los 20 millones de euros, este a o esperamos llegar a los 35 millones y nuestras miras est n puestas en multiplicar por dos estas cifras y llegar a los cien millones en los pr ximos tres a os , explica Vicente Mu oz, consejero delgado de On The Spot.
On The Spot cuenta con m s de 230 empleados (de los que cerca de 80 est n en el extranjero), m s de 15.000 clientes y alrededor de 26.400 puntos de servicios de digital signage.
Para alcanzar estos cien millones de facturaci n en los pr ximos tres a os, la filial de Telef nica ha ampliado su expansi n internacional con la apertura de cuatro nuevas filiales en Brasil, Chile, M xico y Per , delegaciones que se unen a las que ya tiene abiertas en Portugal, Argentina y, la central, en Espa a.
On The Spot ofrece al mercado internacional una oferta completa de servicios que permiten la activaci n de diferentes negocios, con una plataforma propia y con acuerdos locales con diferentes aliados que refuerzan esta operaci n internacional, y mejoran la comunicaci n entre las empresas y sus empleados, los comercios y sus clientes, los anunciantes y su p blico objetivo.
En lo que respecta a su cat logo de productos su actividad se centra en el punto de venta, queremos reinventar el punto de venta llevando las capacidades del mundo online al mundo offline con soluciones que permiten medir las entradas y salidas del punto de venta; ambientar din micamente los espacios con m sica y v deo; llevar la experiencia del cliente a las redes sociales y conocer los impactos de las campa as. Pero nuestro negocio tambi n son las empresas y las sedes corporativa y, por esto, nuestro portfolio cubre todos estos sectores , comenta Vicente Mu oz.
Con el objetivo de convertirse en un referente de la comunicaci n digital y cubrir todos los segmentos del mercado, On The Spot ha agrupado su portfolio en tres l neas de negocio: servicios audiovisuales para el punto de venta (digital signage), servicios audiovisuales para empresas y sedes corporativas (corporate AV) y servicios audiovisuales para el canal de publicidad digital out of home (DOOH.)
Sus soluciones para el punto de aprovechan sus cuarenta a os de experiencia en el mundo de la m sica y digital signage para activar los negocios a lo largo del ciclo de compra de los clientes. A las empresas les ofrecen soluciones de audio y v deo, as como centros de control de sistemas y equipos para salas de reuniones, congresos, audit rium, salas de prensa, etc. Por ltimo, para el entorno dooh disponen de un canal de publicidad propio basado en pantallas ubicadas en lugares p blicos (centros comerciales, estaciones de metro, estadios, etc.) que permite a las empresas e instituciones reforzar su imagen all donde est n sus clientes.
Nuevos servicios
Cuatro son las nuevas soluciones que han lanzado al mercado: on_action catalog, on_control audience, onvisual DiY y on_music instore.
On_action catalog permite a los clientes navegar y buscar en un cat logo de forma sencilla e intuitiva. Con una pantalla y una aplicaci n interactiva, el espacio de venta puede mostrar su oferta de productos y servicios.
On_control audience es una herramienta que permite conocer la audiencia de las pantallas que hay localizadas en el establecimiento y el tiempo clientes est n mirando los contenidos.
Onvisual DiY es una soluci n que permite al cliente crear su propio canal de comunicaci n con contenidos digitales e interactivos.
Por ltimo, on_music instore es un servicio profesional llave en mano con el que es posible disfrutar de la m sica las 24 horas del d a sin interrupciones, sin publicidad y sin preocuparse por crear listas de reproducci n.
