3D Wire reveals a palmares marked by talent El corto franc s Negative Space' y la producci n de Canada-Croacia-Estonia Manivald', junto al espa ol Morning Cowboy', se llevan los premios del jurado.
3D Wire, mercado internacional de la animaci n, videojuegos y New Media, ha revelado los premios de su novena edici n. El palmar s recoge las obras y proyectos m s destacados tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. El evento segoviano que cerr ayer domingo 8 su novena edici n, se ha convertido en un encuentro clave para profesionales del sector y avalado cada a o en mayor medida por el p blico. Una programaci n y un elenco de ponentes del m s alto nivel que en esta edici n contaba con un nuevo espacio de mayor capacidad para las ponencias.
En una gala marcada por el humor irreverente del productor David Matamoros, el jurado del 3D Wire Fest formado por Barry O'Donoghue (CEO y productor de Barley Films), la animadora y directora Celia Bullwinkel, el director Bastien Dubois y Andrea Afanador, directora de programas del FDC. Proim genes Colombia, han distinguido (en el apartado internacional) al corto franc s Negative Space de Max Porter y Ru Kuwahata; una pareja de directores que cuentan ya con una destacada trayectoria como cortometrajistas, avalada por festivales de prestigio como Annecy, Austin o Sundance. Tambi n ha reconocido como mejor corto europeo a la coproducci n Canada-Croacia-Estonia: Manivald de Chintis Lundgren; Island de Robert L bel y Max M rti ha obtenido una menci n especial. Por ltimo, Morning Cowboy de Fernando Pomares, se ha hecho con el Premio del Jurado al Mejor Corto Nacional. Pomares suma as un nuevo reconocimiento para este trabajo que fue estrenado en el Festival de Berl n, donde compiti por el Oso de Cristal en la secci n Generation 14plus.
El p blico, como una de las razones de ser de 3D Wire, cuenta tambi n con voz y voto para elegir sus favoritos. El mejor cortometraje internacional para los espectadores es Golden Oldies, una producci n finlandesa dirigida por Daan Velsink y Joost Lieuwma. Entre los trabajos espa oles, A day in the Park de Diego Porral, ha sido el ganador para los asistentes a las proyecciones realizadas en La C rcel_Segovia Centro de Creaci n.
El festival abre de este modo la puerta a sus premiados a los European Animation Emile Awards, m ximo reconocimiento europeo en este sector. El certamen es el nico en Espa a con este privilegio.
Futuro del sector
Otra de las caracter sticas de 3D Wire es su decidida apuesta por el futuro del sector; un ejemplo de ello son los 159 proyectos seleccionados en esta edici n. Entre todos ellos se han dirimido los galardones que otorga este evento realizado en la capital castellanoleonesa.
El ganador del Premio Proyecto Corto Movistar de este a o ha sido Blue&Malone: casos imposibles, de Abraham L pez. El galard n consiste en la adquisici n de los derechos de emisi n del corto premiado por parte de Movistar y por un importe de 9.000 euros durante el plazo de 2 a os (n mero ilimitado de pases), siendo el primer a o en exclusividad para el citado canal. Adem s, la obra se estrenar oficialmente en la edici n 2018 o 2019 del 3D Wire.
RTVE conced a un a o m s sus premios interactivos a los proyectos m s innovadores de videojuego, videojuego VR y app. Don't Feed the Monkeys de Fictiorama Studios, The Invisible Hours de Tequila Works y Bring You Home de Alike Studio han sido los elegidos en cada una de las respectivas categor as. Todos estos reconocimientos son seleccionados por el departamento Medios Interactivos de RTVE y ahora pueden ser presentado a la Direcci n de Interactivos de RTVE.
Animaci n online
En esta edici n, 3D Wire abr a una nueva convocatoria para series de animaci n on line. tomo Network, como principal colaborador, conced a el tomo Grand Prix, a la mejor serie web presentada en el Festival y Bee and PuppyCat de Natasha Allegri ha sido la ganadora.
Por su parte, el Premio Robot At mico ha reca do en Ni o Rat n, del espa ol H ctor Toro. Este galard n incluye un adelanto de 500 dolares por la serie y un acuerdo de distribuci n para publicarla en tomo Network Channel, con el posterior reparto de ingresos entre la serie y tomo Network, incluye adem s la opci n de co-producci n en caso de publicaci n exitosa de la serie.
El tomo Network Award que otorga el doblaje y publicaci n de la serie en espa ol (neutro) en tomo Network Channel y la opci n de co-producci n en caso de publicaci n exitosa de la serie, ha distinguido a la canadiense Super Science Friends, de Brett Jubinville y Laurel Dalgleish.
