The Freud Museum is hosting a new Kids Company exhibition between the 5th to 29th September. Hide and Seek' is a unique exhibition showcasing works by children from Kids following experiences trauma and neglect. The museum is open 12:00-17:00 and one adult standard ticket is £6, concession available full details here.
Our founder, Camila Batmanghelidjh says Children who have been relentlessly harmed become preoccupied with survival. The child turns into an illusionist, disappearing, hiding bad memories and maybe making up good ones to keep hope alive. Please come and seek, and maybe find, these poignant treasures.
BoCONCEPT SIT LESS, PLAY MORE' AUCTION

Our lovely friends at BoConcept have asked 11 designers to redesign their iconic Imola chair to be auctioned off in aid of Kids Company. Designers incude: Nina Campbell, Camilla Batmanghelidjh, Timorous Beasties, Melanie Porter, Davide Bianchi, Krishnan Meetoo, Andrew Archer - Conceptual Evolution, Studio 180 degrees, Ella Doran, James Harrison, Louis Henri.

MOLECULES OF HAPPINESS: WHY LOVE MATTERS FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN

SHEIKH ZAYED THEATRE, NEW ACADEMIC BUILDING
This year, Kids Company's annual conference is being hosted in partnership with LSE. On Thursday 26th September we will launch LSE's research into Kids Company's model of work and discuss what really makes a difference to the lives of vulnerable children.

Further research will be presented by UCL's Dept of Risk and Resilience, who partnered with Kids Company's innovative Peace of Mind programme, the Cass School of Education and Communities, University of East London.
These findings are likely to shape and inform debate on youth disaffection, child and adolescent mental health, education and youth violence for years to come.

Are you a keen footballer, with the dazzling skills of Lionel Messi? Would your company five a side team give Brazil a run for their money? You can prove your worth by entering a team in Kids Company's inaugural five a side tournament, being held in Crossharbour this September. Team spaces are filling up fast and there are currently only two remaining!

We have a limited number of spaces still available on Kids Company's inaugural cycling challenge - 350km from Vietnam to Cambodia. This unusual and challenging expedition will take you from the bustling city life of Saigon to the magnificent Angkor Wat via the backwaters of the Mekong Delta, Cambodian village life and many dirt tracks.
Registration Fee: £300 Minimum Sponsorship: £2000
(Costs NOT included: flights, insurance (circa £30) and kit that needs to be purchased.)
