AAM & Goldenduck Announce Digital Cinema Milestones for SE Asia

Leading exhibitors signed by the AAM/Goldenduck partnership include two of Malaysia's largest chains, market leader Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and MBO Cinemas. All MBO locations and 2 key GSC multiplexes are now using AAM's Screenwriter Theatre Management System (TMS) software to manage content, playlists and scheduling.

In the Philippines, a group of leading exhibitors (such as Ayala Cinemas, Megaworld, Greenhills, Gaisano group and Sta. Lucia) have signed up to digitise their screens under Goldenduck's VPF (Virtual Print Fee) scheme. AAM is supplying both their VPF reporting and management software (Auditor) to all screens, as well as the Screenwriter TMS for selected screens in the country.

In addition to these sites, the AAM software footprint in the region also includes Century Square Cineplex in Singapore and ChiangMai Vista in Thailand. Other leading exhibitors in Vietnam and Thailand are under software trial.

Under the reseller agreement, Goldenduck will also now be offering AAM's Producer enterprise TMS software to monitor and manage cinema circuits. Producer controls entire chains, centralising and automating processes, managing content and KDMs across all screens, and allowing cinema head offices to see information from all their sites in one easy-to-use interface.
