AfricaCom Awards call for entries --

The 2014 AfricaCom Awards, which highlights innovations and celebrates the most influential players shaping the telecommunications and ICT industry in Africa, takes place from 11 to 13 November 2014 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in Cape Town. Entries are now open to operators, vendors and regulators offering solutions, products and/or services to customers on the African continent.
The awards are recognised as the leading accolade for those operating in Africa s digital market and judges look forward to seeing entries which show advancements in Long-Term Evolution (LTE) and improved mobile phone practices as well as compelling and inspiring marketing campaigns.
Applications can be made through the online entry system with the deadline for submissions being Friday 5 September 2014.
