TVNewsCheck will present its 15th annual Women in Technology Awards on Tuesday, April 21, at 5 p.m. PT at NAB Show, in the Media and Entertainment Theater (W1467), West Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center.
Women in Technology Leadership Award
Ana Eliza Faria e Silva, Senior Executive for Broadcast Standards, Regulatory Strategy and Digital Television Innovation, Globo. Faria e Silva has more than two decades of experience in digital broadcasting, international standards development, and spectrum policy, with senior positions at Globo, SBTVD, and ABNT, and contributions to ITU, CITEL, and the ISDB-T International Forum. ATSC President Madeleine Noland will introduce her at the ceremony.
Women in Technology Futurist Award
Terri Davies, President, Trusted Partner Network. Davies has led efforts in global media supply chain design and production workflow security for content providers.
Lindsay Stewart, Co-Founder and CEO, Stringr. Stewart founded Stringr, a video marketplace connecting networks and publishers with content from more than 100,000 videographers, and recently launched Genna, an AI-enhanced video creation company. Davies' award will be presented by Gabby Redfern, Group Director of Content Services, Sky. Stewart's award will be presented by Glodina Connan-Lostanlen, Chief Revenue Officer, Imagine Communications.
Technology Women to Watch Award
Devanshi Kotak, Senior Product Manager, Cisco, for her work in next-generation IP broadcast infrastructure for large-scale live events.
Mersedeh Najishabahang, PhD, Electrical Engineer, Dielectric, for early-career contributions in RF engineering and patent-pending innovation in the broadcast and RF communities.
Valeria Sosa, Live Broadcast Engineer L5, Netflix, for contributions to broadcast engineering and IP broadcast infrastructure, including work on the most-streamed live event on record.
The 2026 Technology Women to Watch Awards will be presented by Marcy Lefkovitz, SVP Product Innovation, Dalet; Catherine Koutsaris, Product Marketing Manager, Matrox; and Kylee Pe a, Principal Product Marketing Manager for Pro Editorial, Adobe. Hannah Barnhardt, Co-Founder and COO, TMT Insights, will emcee the ceremony.
