A new dimension of the UEFA Champions League on SiOL TV

A new dimension of the UEFA Champions League on SiOL TV Ljubljana, 11 September - Today Telekom Slovenije officially presented the new feature in SiOL TV's range of TV channels. With the SiOL Nogomet extra, SiOL TV users will have exclusive access to all 130 UEFA Champions League matches, as Telekom Slovenije has secured the rights to broadcast them for the next 3 seasons. SiOL Nogomet also follows new technological developments, as for the first time broadcasts will be available in HD, and users will choose for themselves what games they would like to watch.

SiOL Nogomet, which users can access on channel 500, is based on an advanced user interface. Even if there are several UEFA Champions League matches at the same time, SiOL TV ensures that football fans can watch all the matches live, even with Slovenian commentators, while switching between games quickly and easily. Those subscribing to the added SiOL Nogomet feature will also be able to watch all past games, magazines, highlights, and statistical recaps of the whole competition. The SiOL Nogomet extra is free of charge for subscribers of the SiOL TopTrio, TopTrio optika, and TopTrio HD plans, while for all other users it costs 5 per month, or 39.90 for the 2012/2013 season. Telekom Slovenije users (SiOL, Mobitel) were able to watch the first round of the Champions League on 18 and 19 September free of charge.

The other big new thing is that the UEFA Champions League games from here on out will be accessible anytime and anywhere. All football enthusiasts will be able to watch all games on Telekom's SiOL TViN web TV on PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. SiOL customers, who opt for the SiOL Nogomet extra, can watch broadcasts on SiOL TViN with no additional charge by entering their user name at Moj Telekom. Watching the games on SiOL TViN is also available to those who are not SiOL customers. The SiOL Nogomet extra is available from 17 September at www.siol.tv, and all UEFA Champions League games can be seen via SiOL TViN on the website or via dedicated apps for Android and iOS operating systems. The apps are available at Google Play and the App Store.
