Autogrammstunde mit Box-Olympiasieger und Weltmeister Torsten May
Laufen, Schwimmen oder Radfahren standen drei Monate lang auf dem Programm der Teilnehmer des Schaeffler-Fitness-Triathlons 2017. Mehr als 1.000 Mitarbeiter der Standorte Schweinfurt, Eltmann und Elfershausen absolvierten dabei mindestens 20 Sport-Einheiten, um nicht nur etwas f r die eigene Gesundheit zu tun, sondern auch gleichzeitig an der Verlosung von 100 attraktiven Preisen teilzunehmen.
Seit acht Jahren wird die Gesundheitsaktion Fitmachen & Gewinnen durch den Schaeffler-Betriebsrat, die Schwerbehindertenvertretung in Schweinfurt und BARMER organisiert und von der Schaeffler-Personalabteilung unterst tzt. Schaeffler m chte seine Mitarbeiter so zu mehr Bewegung motivieren, da sportliche Aktivit t nicht nur die eigene Fitness steigert, sondern auch einen idealen Ausgleich zur Arbeitswelt darstellt.
Aktion ist eine Erfolgsgeschichte
Aus kleinen Anf ngen hat sich Fitmachen & Gewinnen zu einer wahren Erfolgsstory entwickelt , so Andreas Diehm, Leiter Personalmanagement, der sich bei den Teilnehmern und den Organisatoren der Bewegungsaktion bedankte. Gewonnen wurde gleich in mehrfacher Hinsicht, denn nicht nur die Teilnehmer profitieren von einer verbesserten Fitness, sondern auch das Unternehmen, denn gesunde Mitarbeiter sind den t glichen Belastungen des Berufslebens besser gewachsen. Als die Aktion im Jahr 2009 startete, waren es nur 168 Teilnehmer, die 1.000er-Marke wurde jedoch schon vor einigen Jahren durchbrochen und h lt sich seitdem auf einem konstant hohen Niveau.
Motivations-Tipps vom Weltmeister
Der Olympiasieger, Welt- und Europameister im Boxen, Torsten May, war Ehrengast der Preis bergabe. Er erz hlte aus seinem Leben als Spitzensportler und betonte, wie wichtig die richtige Motivation und das entsprechende Umfeld seien und dass man den Mut haben m sse, neue Herausforderungen anzugehen!
Unter allen Teilnehmern wurden 100 attraktive Preise verlost: Als Hauptgewinn eine einw chige Gesundheitsreise in die Ostsee-Kurklinik Fischland in Wustrow f r zwei Personen, zwei bernachtungen inklusive Vollpension in der Klinik Bad Elster oder als dritten Preis zwei bernachtungen inklusive Fr hst ck im Ostseebad Wustrow.
