
Undertaking research and analysing data using specialist industry resources, Actively monitor and gather market intelligence in order to optimise revenue generation, Compile and create accurate go to market presentations, Receive, understand, analyse and make industry research available
Assist CTS by identifying opportunities in market share reports and competitive analysis.
Track and provide updates on all CPP deals.
Identifying target audience and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits.
Evaluating effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns
Monitor, track and analyse all competitor activity.
Identify ways in which to retain existing business.
Work closely with the Marketing Service Manager and other Senior Managers with the departments in the marketing and sales side.
Attend all external meetings such as SAARF, Telmar, and The Nielsen Company.
Attend client/agency meetings.
Provide the rate settings committee with relevant programming and ratings updates and analysis across all competitive markets on a monthly bases.
Working with the client/agency and the account team to understand the clients business objectives and advertising strategy.
Managing client/agency relationships to build respect and trust in your judgment.
Requirement:
Must have 1-2 years' experience in the Media Research and Planning Industry.
Must have attention to detail.
Must have experience on Media tools such as Telmar, Arianna, AdDynamix
Experience on all MS Office Tools (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word )
Be able to work under pressure.
Must have a positive attitude and passion for research.
