Germanischer Lloyd zertifiziert Pr fverfahren zur Lebensdauerberechnung von W lzlagern
Schaeffler ist vom Germanischen Lloyd (GL) mit dem Zertifikat Assessment of the method to investigate rolling bearing rating life ausgezeichnet worden. Erstmalig wurde hiermit eine grunds tzliche Vorgehensweise zertifiziert und nicht - wie bisher erforderlich - jeder einzelne Lebensdauerfaktor. Die neu erarbeitete Methodik beschreibt s mtliche Berechnungs- und Versuchsverfahren, die zur Ermittlung aller die Lebensdauer beeinflussenden Bezugsgr en notwendig sind. Damit geh ren aufw ndige Einzelfreigaben f r neue Produkte und Baureihen der Vergangenheit an. Weniger Zeit, geringere Kosten und eine nachgewiesene Zuverl ssigkeit in der Gro serie: F r Schaeffler-Kunden impliziert das neue Zertifikat einen deutlichen Mehrwert.
Lebensdauerberechnung von W lzlagern - was steckt dahinter und warum ist sie so wichtig f r den Anwender?
Die berechnete Lebensdauer ist neben statischer Tragsicherheit und Bauraum das zentrale Merkmal zur Auslegung von W lzlagern. In den meisten Anwendungen werden die Lager nach Anforderungen an die Lebensdauer dimensioniert. In einigen Einsatzgebieten, etwa der Windkraft, erfolgt einer Zertifizierung nur, wenn die berechnete Lebensdauer ber einem nach Norm geforderten Mindestwert liegt. Die Forderung nach Energieeinsparung f hrt in vielen Anwendungen zur Bestrebung nach Downsizing. Hier ist es wichtig, mit einer zuverl ssigen Lebensdauervor-hersage auch mit kleineren Lagern die Lebensdaueranforderungen zu erf llen.
Qualit t - weltweit und dauerhaft
Der Germanische Lloyd hat sich bei der Zertifizierung davon berzeugt, dass Schaeffler die im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung ermittelten Lebensdauerfaktoren auch dauerhaft und weltweit sicherstellen kann. Dabei wurde nachgewiesen, dass die gepr fte Material- und Prozessqualit t nicht nur f r die Pr fteile, sondern f r die gesamte Serie G ltigkeit hat. Und zwar weltweit. Damit sind jetzt s mtliche Lebensdauer-Pr fzentren von Schaeffler im Besitz des begehrten Pr fsiegels - neben Herzogenaurach und Schweinfurt auch beispielsweise Kysuce in der Slowakei und Taicang in China.
Schaeffler produziert weltweit gleicherma en nach international sehr hohen Standards. Die Basis daf r ist ein unternehmensweit geltendes Qualit tsmanagementsystem, das unter anderem eine konstante Werkstoff- und Prozessqualit t sicherstellt. Modernste Fertigungstechnik f r Pr zisionsprodukte leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Null-Fehler-Fertigung . Dabei ist die Qualit ts berwachung als geschlossener Regelkreis direkt in den Fertigungsprozess integriert. Durch regelm ige Audits in allen Bereichen werden die hohen Qualit tsstandards dauerhaft garantiert.
