Barco Healthcare partners with Delasco to bring its skin imaging platform, Demetra, to the United States Atlanta, Georgia, 5 November 2020 - Barco, the leader in healthcare display solutions, announced today a partnership with Delasco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of dermatology supplies and equipment, to expand the award-winning dermatology technology, Demetra, to the United States. As a trusted supplier to more than 7,000 dermatology care providers, Delasco is the ideal partner to bring Demetra to America and provide best-in-class diagnostic capabilities to the dermatological community.
Co-developed with dermatologists, the Demetra solution combines the best of analogue and digital skin imaging to allow dermatologists to take dermoscopic as well as clinical images and make mapping, follow-up and comparison of skin lesions smoother and smarter. The solution's innovative technology and unique design represent the next generation of dermoscopy.
