Bacho will lead EditShare's global sales, pre-sales, and sales operations. McGeechan will continue to define EditShare's customer success strategy as well as oversee the company's business platforms and supply chain operations.

Bacho, who joined EditShare in early 2021 as Vice President of Sales - Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), has been influential in reshaping EMEA sales and sales operations, driving record revenues for the region. The promotion to CRO will expand his leadership to EditShare's global sales team, bringing new go-to-market disciplines, processes, and structure to the worldwide sales organization, enabling the global channel partner and system integrator network, and driving strategic account development across all regions. McGeechan, who joined EditShare in 2019, has been responsible for the company's customer success strategy -- transitioning training, support, and professional service teams from a reactive operation to a proactive customer engagement experience. McGeechan will pick up the mantle to create a world-class, data-driven business operations process that spans every aspect of the company.
