Dune: Part Two has the most nominations in the technical categories at the 2025 British Academy Film Awards.

Across the awards for Cinematography, Editing, Sound and Special Visual Effects the film received four nominations.

Wicked, Gladiator 2, Emilia Perez and Conclave all received two nominations each across the four categories.

In total, Edward Berger's Conclave received the most nominations and is up for 12 BAFTA Film Awards, followed by Emilia Perez and The Brutalist with nine.

Speaking about this year's crop of nominees, Sara Putt, chair of BAFTA, said: From a total of 235 films entered, we are delighted to announce 42 extraordinary and creatively ambitious films that have been nominated. The skills on display from creative and technical practitioners across the board are phenomenal.

The winners of this year's EE BAFTA Film Awards will be announced at a ceremony in London on 16th February.
