Spanish TV stations broadcasting Real Madrid and FC Barcelona have installed VSNMulticom in their facilities for continuity automation and VSNCreaTV for advanced programming and planning.

VSNMulticom manages the playout server, requesting the media files that need to be broadcast from the MAM solution, controlling the whole broadcast operation, and managing the archive systems. VSNCreaTV is responsible for managing planning and programming and, thus, is key for maximizing both channel efficiency and optimization of resources.

The VSNSpider technological backend platform was also installed to orchestrate all the workflows that take place within Bar a TV and Real Madrid TV, allowing the system to reach millions of fans around the world, with the assurance that technology will be on their side when on-air.

Porto Canal, the official TV channel for Portuguese sports club FC Porto has selected VSN for implementation of an end-to-end scheme and full operation of the channel. VSNExplorer media-management suite is the heart of the project for archive, production, and workflow orchestration. In addition to VSNMulticom and VSNCreaTV, Porto Canal also deploys the VSNLivecom studio playout solution and VSNAutorec and VSNCapturer for ingest operations. This complete system transformed Porto Canal into a fully managed and automated HD TV channel.

The software has been designed with the purpose of achieving the most agile operation possible in a live-production environment.
