Cinedigm to Report First Quarter Fiscal 2015 Financial Results on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinedigm Corporation (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today that it will release its first quarter fiscal 2015 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2014, on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 after the market close. A conference call is scheduled the same day at 4:30 p.m. EDT. Participating in the call will be Chris McGurk, Chief Executive Officer, Adam Mizel, Chief Operating Officer and Jeffrey Edell, Chief Financial Officer.
