CABSAT 04 Opens

The 20th CABSAT show opened today and Vislink were there once again. This show has become the biggest broadcast show in the Middle East and a must for all the major players in the professional broadcast market. With our Middle East office staff on hand to meet customers and distributors alike we have taken the opportunity to show some major products for the first time in the region.

The launch of the DVE5150 this week is generating interest already with discussions taking place about its applications and uses for the SNG market with more to come over the week.

The motorised MSAT satellite terminal is also being shown in its 1.2 Ku band form ready for all first-on-scene applications for the newsgathering operators.

The L1700 transmitter has taken off since its debut at IBC and has prominence on the stand. A 2GHz system with camera control shown on Sony 2500 is on show to give local customers a hands on look. And to prove the point of its popularity already there are five other L1700 systems displayed at the show on partners booths.

As well as these key pieces we have the portable microwave, on-board cameras and transmitters as well as a camera control over triax system. So a major presence from Vislink at the event and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the show.
