WWE might be rated PG 14 but 35-year-old South African rapper AKA loved the Pro Wrestling franchise like a boy half his age.

AKA WENT ALL OUT FOR HIS LOVE FOR WWE AKA, real name Kiernan Forbes, was never embarrassed to show his love for WWE in his day-to-day lifestyle. He had titles (belts), gear and most fondly appearances on WWE Live events in South Africa.

The rapper become the first artist in Africa to feature on WWE programming in 2018 when the franchise took its superstars on an action-impact country tour which featured live events in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

In one show (2018), AKA interrupted Elias' guitar performance by walking into him in the ring and dropping a few bars after Elias asked AKA who he was and what AKA stands for.

AKA went on to promise Elias a beat down to a 1,2, 3 count, however, the beating was not from him as he introduced Braun Strawman who subsequently walked into the ring and intimidated Elias who had brought his friend Samoa Joe to gang up on Supa Mega.

ANOTHER ENTERTAINMENT SPORT THE SLAIN RAPPER CARED ABOUT Meanwhile, another club that AKA cared about in the domestic league was Kaizer Chiefs judging by appearances and the relationship he had with the Naturena outfit.

Following his tragic death, Soweto Giants, Kaizer Chiefs Football Club, paid tribute to Mr Forbes, a celebrity fan of the club who died last night, Friday, 10 February 2023.

WHAT WE UNDERSTAND ABOUT SUPA MEGA'S DEATH It has been reported that AKA was standing outside the Wish Restaurant on Florida Road in Morningside when he and his crew members were shot at by the alleged hitmen.

The suspects allegedly walked towards AKA, his bodyguard and former manager Tebello Motsoane and opened fire at close range, just before 10pm.

Speaking to the media, KwaZulu-Natal spokesperson Colonel Robert Netshiunda confirmed the death of the South African rapper in the wee hours of this morning.

What we can confirm for now is that a well-known musician (35 years old) and his bodyguard who is said to be 34 years old were shot and killed on Florida Road on Friday night, he reported initially.

Due to the intricacy of the case, Colonel Robert Netshiunda updated the media that the case was handed over to the KZN Organized Crime Unit for further investigations.
