10. Getting The Shot - Gravity

I love this short video showing how difficult it is to actually capture action footage. It doesn't always go to plan, but when you think out your shots and you keep trying, you can capture magic.

9. MAX Solar Plane in 4K

This is just stunning footage that shows how versatile the new GoPro MAX is. There is something special about flying around clouds, and this footage shows it in a way I had not seen before.

8. On a Rocket Launch to Space

Stunning footage of a rocket launching into space. The timing of the camera spinning around and centering on the rocket as the two stages separate was amazing. I was shocked to find out GoPro was so strong it could handle the vacuum of space. Iconic footage and something that just can't be unseen once seen.

7. Best of 2018 - Year in Review

GoPro compilation videos are always amazing. Bringing footage from all over the world of people doing just the most amazing things. The music choice is stellar, and the imagery is always inspiring. When I watch these, it just makes me want to go out in the world and capture content.

6. Ronnie Renner Dune Patrol in 4K

Some beautiful slow motion of sand flying and beautiful light. Truly awesome dirt bike riding in the dunes.

5. The Last of the Rhinos

This is hands down one of the most impactful VR 360 pieces I have ever seen. The film making and story telling is powerful, and it was the first time I truly understood what could be done with VR 360. The importance of capturing footage like this of animals like these before they are gone forever cannot be understated. This it what VR was made for. Future generations will look at this in VR goggles and wonder what humans were thinking and why we allowed real unicorns to go extinct.

4. Wingsuit Pilot Jeb Corliss on his Crash and Recovery

This piece was three years in the making. GoPro was there for every step in my journey from accident to recovery, and I loved the way they decided to tell the story. This piece is very personal to me and journals the day I almost died to taking my first steps back.

3. Fireworks From a Drone

This footage speaks for itself. I had never seen fireworks from this angle before, and I have always felt it was super creative. Also, very risky.

2. Jeb Corliss Flies Through Tianmen Cave

This was one of the first projects I did with GoPro, and I have always loved the way they put this together. It tells the story in a real and powerful way. At the time, nothing like it had ever been done and without GoPros there would have been no way to actually film it. It showed both the capability of the cameras and the masterful way GoPro can tell a story.

1. GoPro Hero4: The Adventure of Life in 4K

This was the video that changed it all. When GoPro went 4K, it was ground breaking, and it took the rest of the industry over three years to catch up. This was so far ahead of its time that its hard to comprehend. This video sent shivers down my spine and even now I still love it. This is my hands down favorite GoPro video of all time.
