ATG Broadcast board strengthened with two senior appointments.

UK-based television and media systems integrator ATG Broadcast announces two new appointments to its board. Christoffer Kay, Director and Chief Operating Officer of parent company Dan Technologies A/S, joins ATG Broadcast as Managing Director. Graham Pitman joins the board as Non-Executive Chairman.

These appointments come at a crucial time in ATG Broadcasts development as it approaches its 20th anniversary, comments Ole Clausen, Chief Executive Officer of Dan Technologies A/S. Our aim is to maintain ATG Broadcasts firm focus on the UK market while continuing to develop its expanding business in the Middle East.

I am very pleased to welcome Graham Pitman onto the board. As a highly respected executive from our industry, Graham brings to ATG Broadcast a wealth of industry knowledge, considerable experience as Chairman, and a valuable strategic perspective.

Christoffer Kays experience in managing high-technology companies, most recently with renowned game developer IO Interactive A/S, gives him an excellent grasp of the issues facing broadcast systems integrators at a time of fast transition from traditional discrete-media platforms into the increasingly software-oriented future.
