For the first time since prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, the SVG Sports Graphics Forum returned to New York City. Hosted at the Helen Mills Theater on May 24, the event brought together creative and technological leaders behind marquee sports broadcasts for a day of networking, information exchange, and idea sharing all around the rapidly-changing world of live sports graphics.

The NBC Olympics graphics team is no stranger to monumental challenges. However, the pandemic-fraught Tokyo 2020 Games took challenge to an entirely new level. Despite all of that, the network claimed the 2022 Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Graphic Design Event Show for its coverage of the Games of the XXXII Olympiad (Tokyo 2020).

NBC Olympics took the the stage at the 2022 SVG Sports Graphics Forum to offer an in-depth look at their groundbreaking graphic design philosophy for both the Tokyo and Beijing Games.
