LOS ANGELES, LONDON and AMSTERDAM - Dec. 01, 2017 - CBS Studios International announced today that it has licensed the first-window broadcast rights to Sky U.K. for new drama SEAL TEAM, starring David Boreanaz, and new midseason series INSTINCT, starring Alan Cumming and Bojana Novakovic. SEAL TEAM will be broadcast on Sky One and INSTINCT on Sky Living. Both series will premiere in 2018, furthering the partnership between CBS and Sky already established with hit shows such as Hawaii Five-0, NCIS: Los Angeles, Elementary and Blue Bloods.
U.K. audiences will be thrilled to see two of television's top talents, David Boreanaz and Alan Cumming, back on their screens, said Stephen Tague, executive vice president, Europe, CBS Studios International. SEAL TEAM and INSTINCT are classic CBS programming, they have broad, mass appeal and will deliver powerful performances and intelligent storylines to the viewers of Sky One and Sky Living.

In the U.S., CBS has given a full season order to SEAL TEAM, which ranks as Wednesday's #1 program in viewers averaging 10.26 million viewers, according to Nielsen most current ratings.
SEAL TEAM stars David Boreanaz as top unit officer Jason Hayes and follows the professional and personal lives of the most elite unit of Navy SEALs as they train, plan and execute the most dangerous, high-stakes missions a country can ask of them. Hayes is the respected, intense leader of the Tier One team whose home life has suffered as a result of his extensive warrior's existence. Deployed on clandestine missions worldwide at a moment's notice, and knowing the toll it takes on them and their families, this tight-knit SEAL team displays unwavering patriotism and fearless dedication even in the face of overwhelming odds.
SEAL TEAM is produced by CBS Television Studios and distributed internationally by CBS Studios International, and Benjamin Cavell, Ed Redlich, Christopher Chulack, Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly serve as executive producers.
Based on the James Patterson and Howard Roughan book Murder Games, INSTINCT stars Alan Cumming as Dr. Dylan Reinhart, a former CIA operative who is lured back to his old life when the NYPD needs his help to stop a serial killer. Dr. Reinhart is a gifted author and university professor living a quiet life teaching psychopathic behavior to packed classes of adoring students. But when top NYPD detective Lizzie Needham (Bojana Novakovic) appeals to him to help her catch a serial murderer who is using Dylan's first book as a tutorial, Dylan is compelled by the case, comes out of retirement and taps into his old skill set.
INSTINCT is produced by CBS Television Studios and distributed internationally by CBS Studios International. Michael Rauch, Marc Webb, Alex Kurtzman and Heather Kadin (Secret Hideout), James Patterson, Bill Robinson, Leopoldo Gout and Alan Cumming serve as executive producers. Webb directed the pilot.
