Dalet, a leading technology and service provider for media-rich organizations, today announced it has strengthen its organization with the appointments of Marc Mongomard as Head of Global Customer Success; Maria Bulavskaya as Product Manager, Customer Care; and Ben Zores as Head of Cloud Operations. A cornerstone of the company's transformation, the newly established leadership roles will focus on proactive customer success, expanding programs and services that enable customers to get the most from Dalets lineup of agile, cloud-native solutions and SaaS offerings.
The pandemic drastically accelerated the industrys move into cloud and SaaS workflows, resulting in updated policies, new work specifications, and improved benchmarks for customer success, comments Stephane Schlayen, Chief Operating Officer, Dalet. Maria, Ben and Marc will work across the Dalet organization to optimize every aspect of how we support and engage with our customers, from dedicated customer success managers, to making infrastructure complexity transparent and delivering best-in-class mobility solutions. Together, they will build a culture of excellence when it comes to Dalet's customer experience.
On the heels of its rebrand, Dalet accelerated the development of its cloud-native and SaaS offerings, including increased investment in its content supply chain and production solution Dalet Flex, the launch of SaaS-based Dalet AmberFin Cloud Transcoder Service and the introduction of the industry's first SaaS-based enterprise news solution, Dalet Pyramid. Experts in developing value-based customer experiences, Marc, Ben and Maria bring extensive SaaS and cloud digital transformation expertise to Dalet. Working across the organization, they will leverage Dalet's data-driven approach to refine package needs and usage, transforming the customer journey with the goal of making it even easier to adopt, deploy and scale Dalet enterprise solutions.
Marc Mongomard - Head of Global Customer Success A champion of customer transformation, Marc and his team will own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal and beyond. Focused on the customer lifetime value, Marc will create programs and services that increase satisfaction and drive a positive customer experience. Marc is a dynamic customer-centric leader who has worked for SaaS startups to global companies transitioning from on-premise to SaaS. When not overseeing digital transformation projects, he enjoys scuba diving.
Maria Bulavskaya - Product Manager, Customer Care
An important connecting point between customer needs and Dalet innovation, Maria will view products and services through the customer lens, bringing a fresh perspective. She will work across all Dalet product lines to ensure an optimal journey throughout the customer lifecycles: acquisition, engagement and retention. A classical musician who can be seen performing with the local orchestra, Maria comes to Dalet from travel giant Amadeus where she spent a decade in product management with a focus on partnerships.
Benjamin Zores - Head of Cloud Operations
Responsible for global cloud operations, Benjamin and his team will optimize how Dalet deploys, upgrades, supports and maintains mission-critical cloud environments. An expert at managing cloud environments at scale, Benjamin will ensure Dalet solutions operate at optimal reliability, capacity, efficiency, security and cost. Prior to joining Dalet, Benjamin was Director of Cloud Operations and Infrastructure at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where he designed and maintained a global mesh of datacenters and associated cloud-native software stack for real-time telecommunications systems, daily sustaining millions of users. Ben is a tech-enthusiast and Open Source software creator who is passionate about networked systems and architecture optimization.
